At Tamani we always try to be creative. One project we have done is to make the students plant different seeds and then see them grow. They found it very interesting to see the process and felt very proud when they managed to actually make the seed sprout!
Creativity is something that the local schools often lack, so we make sure to think outside the box and incorporate more elements than just reading something in a book or being told by the teacher.
